Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Seyes purchase. If not, you’re covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. We currently ship and accept returns within the United States only.

We stand behind our products with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.

2. Return window & eligibility

  • Window: request your return within 60 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Please return items in original packaging where possible. If you’re unsatisfied after trying the product, you’re still covered by our guarantee.
  • Territory: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

3. How to start a return

  1. Have your order number and email ready.

  3. We’ll reply with the return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first—this helps us track and process your refund quickly.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’re sorry. Please report this within 7 days of delivery via the contact page and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Refund timing & method

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

7. Return shipping

  • Unauthorized returns: Items returned without prior authorization may experience delays.
