Free shipping: US orders over $20. Orders below the threshold show shipping at checkout.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to your address or mailbox/PO box, as applicable. Tracking is provided by email.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds: Issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, to the original payment method.

If you enroll in Subscribe & Save, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the selected frequency. You may pause, skip, or cancel by contacting support@getseyes.com at least 48 hours before the next processing date.
Promotions for subscriptions apply as stated and generally don’t stack with other offers.
All content on the site—including text, graphics, logos, product names, and images—is owned by or licensed to Seyes and protected under US law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Our products are dietary supplements. Statements on our site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute not subject to informal resolution.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of future enforcement.
